Here at the Bouchie Lake Country Store... we LOVE everything there is about LOCAL! When we opened the store in February, 2015, one of our goals was for the store to be a hub for the community - a meeting place where neighbours could meet and get to know one another. We LOVE when folks pop in for a cup of Billie's coffee at the Darlings' Coffee Bar, sit down and read a book, play a game, or work on a puzzle, a handicraft, or the Community Cork Board. This is why we have a wee spot called the COMMUNITY CORNER which is still being set up. It includes a Lending Library, a large table for puzzles, a coffee machine, and soon a table.
To make it homier and nice, we are hoping to collect some LOCAL photos which we can have enlarged and put on display in the Community Corner. If you have a photo or 2 of life in Bouchie - Milburn we hope you will share them with us. They can be of anything that showcases our community and could have been taken in any season... here are a few ideas...
